Initial Appointment: $200

(Includes initial assessment of base line resilience with coaching for areas of improvement and strengths, 3 months of self paced online home study, and follow up coaching check in)

Group Instruction

Healing the Healers

Our goal is to empower your team to have the resilience they need and the ability to support each other in facing the challenges they see every day as first responders - fire, police, medics, EMT's, CCT RN's - as well as medical personnel from RN's to techs to doctors and more. This course is a great way to begin or continue that journey with colleagues in a group setting. 

We often find that those who enroll in our program together grow a sense of pride and support that improves teamwork. Often participants are unaware of their own capabilities and strengths, even their resilience. Through this course we intend to empower that  growth and change.
